WEEK BEGINNERS COURSE |

A perfect introductory
course into Wu’s Style Tai Chi Chuan. This 12 week
course offers a basic grounding in the fundamentals of
Tai Chi; posture alignment, relaxation, suspending the
head top, tucking the pelvis and sinking the Chi to the
tan tien. You will learn the first 14 forms from the Wu’s
Style long form, basic exercises, 5 Element meditation
and 4 applications. |

Jae Willis |
| The
instructor, Jae Willis has been practicing
Wu’s Style Tai Chi Chuan for over 8
years at the WTCC Academy in London, he trained
with Master Wu Kwong Yu (5th generation Wu
family) and some of his top disciples in Toronto,
Canada. |
| He
competed in the British Open Tai Chi Championships
several times and won Hand and Weapons forms
as well as Pushing Hands competitions. |
| He
is a disciple to the Wu family and is a registered
instructor with the Tai Chi Union for Great
Britain (TCUGB). |

Self Defence |

This class teaches practical Self Defence
techniques, all from Tai Chi Chuan. You will learn the basic
weak points of your opponent, locks, take downs, and striking
techniques. The atmosphere is fun and the classes very enjoyable. |

This Class is most suitable for beginners,
no experience of Tai Chi is necessary. We will cover some basic
exercises and 5 Element meditation as well as the Wu’s
style long form. You are welcome to come along and start up
at any time. Because these classes are ongoing all students
that attend are at different stages of learning. |

ONGOING CLASSES
(SOME EXPERIENCE) |

This class is more suited to those with
some experience of Tai Chi. We cover various pushing hands techniques,
basic principles of Tai Chi partner work such as sticking and
neutralising as well as applications that relate to pushing
hands directly. |

You are welcome to come along
after a minimum period of 12 weeks attending the previous form
class, or if you have a minimum level of experience equivalent
to this. |
